JAPAN: FFXIII demo to ship with Advent Children

Publisher Square Enix has confirmed that a demo of Final Fantasy XIII will be included with the Blu-ray release of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children in Japan.

The news first appeared in Japanese gaming bible Famitsu. However, there are currently no plans to run a similar promotion in other territories.

At present the Final Fantasy XIII demo will only be available in Japan with the Blu-ray release of Advent Children Complete, but we hope to have further news in the coming months,” a Square Enix spokesperson told MCV.

Final Fantasy XIII is set for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 later this year, and FFVII: Advent Children Complete is scheduled for release in Japan in March.
