July release for Sega’s Anarchy Reigns

Sega has confirmed a July 6th release date for Xbox 360 and PS3 brawler Anarchy Reigns in Europe.

It will be released in the US on July 3rd and in Australia on July 5th.

The game is developed by Platinum Games, creators of Vanquish and Bayonetta, as well as Konami’s upcoming Metal Gear Rising.

Anarchy Reigns brings a new take to the brawler genre and we’ve decided to take a little more time to deliver the full knockout punch,” Sega West’s VP of marketing Gary Knight stated.

I can’t reveal much now, but it’s something to do with scale. Let’s just say traditional one on one or two versus two fighters will be a thing of the past.”
