More than 7 million people have registered for the Overwatch beta

If you’re one of the those unlucky people who still don’t have access to theOverwatchbeta, you’re not alone. And there are 7 million reasons why you may still have to wait.

That’s the number of people currently registered for theOverwatchbeta, according to Mike Morhaime, Blizzard’s president, who spoke to investors during Blizzard’s Q3 earnings call yesterday. That number doesn’t include China and its hundreds of millions of potential gamers, meaning theOverwatchbeta is a hot commodity right now.
