PICTURES: GamesAid’s Cologne to Brighton bike ride

Members of the games industry cycling from Gamescom in Cologne back to Brighton have raised over 4,500 for GamesAid.

It took the team four days to reach Brighton, passing through the Netherlands, Belgium and France along the way.

In total they rode 337 miles over 29 hours and thirty minutes and climbed 3,223 metres (almost 2.5 times the height of Ben Nevis).

And they consumed 13,215 calories (the equivalent of 55 Mars bars or 15 quarter pounder with cheese meals meals we are reliably informed).
