Screen Digest acquires US research firm

The deal, which is expected to be finalised by the end of October, means that thw two companies’ working relationship is formalised, giving Screen Digest closer ties with Adams Media Research’s data and market analysis services for the US markets.

Adams Media Research will continue to operate out of its California office in Carmel. Post-merger the companies will offer clients ‘the same premium quality research and analysis for other key industry sectors including TV, cinema, games, mobile, and broadband,’ according to the statement issued today.
