Three weeks to book for MCV Awards

There are just three weeks until this year’s MCV Industry Excellence Awards, with tickets and tables already close to selling out.

The big night takes place on Thursday April 23rd at The Brewery, London.

Always a sell-out, the Awards attract over 600 retailers and excutives from the UK games market. There is only a small number of tickets left, so time is of the essence if you want to ensure your place at the event.

If you haven’t booked your ticket yet, contact Jodie.Holdway@bhpr.co.uk to avoid disappointment.

Nearly 40 companies are in the running to pick up an award this year. Electronic Arts leads the way with seven finalists slots, whilst HMV, Activision, Microsoft and Nintendo boast five each. Click here to view a full list of finalists and categories.

"The MCV Awards is a great night for the whole industry, regardless of whether you’re in the running to pick up an award. It is a celebration of our industry," said MCV managing editor Lisa Foster.

"Because it’s such a hot ticket event, we sell out every year – and I get a flurry of calls from those disappointed not to be able to attend. So I really would urge anyone who hasn’t booked to do so now."

The MCV Industry Excellence Awards are sponsored by Codemasters, Gem, Nintendo, Partnertrans, Koch Media and Atari Ghostbusters.
