UK PC ownership hits 70%

PC ownership in the UK had hit 70 per cent by 2007, according to the latest figures from the Office of National Statistics.

According to the ONS’ Social Trends report, released yesterday, ownership of home computers rose from 29 per cent in 1998 to 70 per cent in 2007.
