VIVA! Expands Learning Series with New Player Feedback & Community Management Event

Analog Events today announced the launch of VIVA! Player Feedback, a new addition to the VIVA! Series that delivers a focused deep dive into community management and player feedback across the gaming industry.

Taking place on May 7th in London. VIVA! Player Feedback is a one-day, B2B learning and networking experience designed for community managers, live-ops teams, and player-experience professionals. The event brings together industry experts and peers to explore how studios can better listen to, interpret, and act on real-time player sentiment.

The program will focus on modern sentiment-analysis tools that aggregate and analyse player conversations across Discord servers, subreddits, official forums, and other community hubs. Attendees will gain practical insights into turning raw community data into actionable strategies that improve communication, updates, and player trust.

By the end of the event, participants will:
