Exclusive: Bethesda appoints Think Jam as PR agency

Entertainment marketing outfit Think Jam has announced today that it is being appointed by Bethesda Softworks to provide publicity services for the company and its portfolio of games.

Think Jam currently works with some big names in film, TV and publishing and handles publicity for Twentieth Century Fox, The Stanley Kubrick Estate, HBO UK and Sony Pictures. The company launched its game team two years ago, and have since worked on a number of campaigns for AAA video game titles.

Mark Robins, Bethesda Softwork’s senior european PR manager, said in a press release: “We were immediately impressed with Think Jam’s smart ideas, clear and concise campaign plans and obvious passion for the products. We’re looking forward to working with them on what will be a very busy year ahead for Bethesda Softworks”.

Saj Ismael, account director at Think Jam, added: “It is a great honour for Think Jam to be working with the team at Bethesda, who continue to deliver best in class games and lead with their innovation and creativity. We’re excited to embark on this relationship and get stuck into the incredible projects coming up.”

The account will be handled by Think Jam’s account director Saj Ismael, publicity director Ellie Graham and publicity manager Chris White. The agency has signed up at a busy time with just under a couple of weeks to go until E3 starts the busiest period in the year for video games.
