Fable Anniversary gets Steam release

A coded message hidden in a new trailer has teased the release date for Fable Anniversary.

Developer Lionhead confirmed the title was headed to PC last week, but also revealed its release date was left somewhere in the trailer.

That comes in the form of a binary message, which appears in the video at roughly 28 seconds. The cryptic note spells out September” once translated.

Another note from the trailer comes towards the end of the trailer when a Steam notification appears, which suggests that Fable Anniversary will be launching on Valve’s digital platform.

Fable Anniversary, a remake of the original game,launched on Xbox 360 in February. It includes new achievements, an entirely new save system, leaderboards and full 1080p visuals, including lighting and animations powered by Unreal Engine 3.
