FEAR 3 pushed back to June

Upcoming shooter FEAR 3 will now hit UK shelves next month after being pushed back by publisher Warner Interactive.

The Xbox 360, PS3 and PC game was previously scheduled to arrive on Friday, May 27th. It will instead be released on Friday, June 24th. Originally the shooter was due late last year.

FEAR 3 is the latest title from Warner which has a raft of other big-name games due later this year according Batman: Arkham City and The Lord of the Rings: War in the North. Last week Warner’s Mortal Kombat hit shelves and went to No.2 in the GfK Chart-Track UK All Formats chart behind Portal 2.

FEAR 3 once again blends first person shooting with horror and adds a new narrative as well as co-op elements.
