For Honor beta coming at the end of January

Ubisoft is rolling out a closed beta for its brand new combat IP For Honor at the end of the month.

The test will take place between January 26th and January 29th, and is for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Those interested in taking part can sign up here.

Developed by Ubisoft’s Montreal studio – in collaboration with its Quebec, Toronto and Blue Byte offices –For Honor was announced at E3 2015, with a February 14th release date announced at the following show.

The title is an action-packed sword fighting release, that has samurai fighting vikings fighting knights.

It’s the third new IP that Ubisoft has launched in the last twelve months, following online shooter The Division and winter sports title Steep.
