Former Ladbrokes CEO to take GAME Group chair?

GAME Group will apparently name Chris Bell as its new Chairman.

The former Ladbrokes boss has already been on the retailer’s Board for eight years, and even served as interim CEO when several execs left the firm last year.

Reports of his new appointment emerged from the Sunday Times (via Bloomberg), although the broadsheet did not specify the origins of this information.

If such an announcement is to be made, it is unlikely to be before the Group’s next trading update on April 27th.
