Forza 6 for Xbox One announced at Detroit Auto Show

A brand new next-gen only instalment of the Forza Motorsport series has been announced at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

The game was announced alongside Ford’s new Ford GT, which assumes cover duties for the Microsoft game. Ford gets plenty of love in-game, too, with the likes of the Shelby GT350 Mustang and others getting headline billing.

Just as Ford has pushed the boundaries of car technology in GT, Forza Motorsport 6 will embrace that spirit of innovation as our most technically advanced racing simulation to date, offering a fun and realistic automotive experience for both car lovers and gamers,” Turn 10 Studios’ creative director Dan Greenawaltsaid.

An E3 gameplay reveal has also been promised.
