Free games offer for Sony 3D TV

Sony is throwing a host of extras at those who invest in its launch range of 3D TVs this June, including four free 3D PS3 games.

Those who buy either the first model, the Bravia HX803, or any of the additional 3D sets coming ‘within weeks’ will receive a code to download four games – WipEout HD (excluding the HD Fury DLC), a single level demo of MotorStorm Pacific Rift, Super Stardust HD and three ‘3D episodes’ of PSN title Pain.

As has been previously confirmed, the PS3 will also be receiving a system update in June that will introduce a range of 3D functionality.

Buyers will also receive two free Blu-ray movies – Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs and Deep Blue Sea.

As for the TV itself, the 200Hz set is capable of displaying full 1080p 3D and includes three image enhancing processor technologies – ‘High Speed Precision2′, ‘LED Boost3′ and ‘3D up conversion4′.
