Game4u begins PS4 exchange promotion, offers Rs 9,000 for PS3, Xbox 360

Game4u has a trade-in offer for those looking to move up from PS3 or Xbox 360 to the PS4.

The retailer is offering up to Rs 9,000 in store credit when you trade in your old PS3 or Xbox 360 across all its retail stores.

A post on Game4u’s Facebook page says this credit can then be used towards the purchase of a PS4, but the retailerhas clarified that the credit can also be used towards other purchases.

Note that it says you could get up to” Rs 9,000 off, which means the amount could be lower. Game4u has said that the actual amount will vary based on the model and condition of the console.

For example, a PS3 super slim model in good condition will fetch Rs 9,000, while older models will be worth less. As for Xbox 360, Game4u is only accepting the Xbox 360 S or slim model.
