GAMESCOM: Cities Skylines is ‘first to console’ on Xbox One

Microsoft has announced that hit PC title Cities Skylines is coming to consoles – and it will be on Xbox One before other platforms.

The city simulator was a surprise hit on PC earlier this year and is sure to find a big audience among console gamers.

It’s not the only simulation game coming ‘first to console’ on Xbox One, either – the Train Simulator series is doing exactly the same thing.

Also confirmed for the platform is Ron Gilbert’s Thimbleweed Park, as well as Shelter – which is actually going to be released on the console, via Team 17, later today. Starbound will also hit Xbox One later this year.
