GameStop introduces iPhone trade-ins

Proving that being an online retailer doesn’t preclude your participation in the online space, GameStop.co.uk has begun offering iPhone trade-ins.

A host of Xbox 360 console offers are currently available depending on what sort of iPhone you’re willing to trade-in.

For instance, customers willing to hand over a 32GB iPhone 4 can in return purchase a 250GB Xbox 360 console for just 10. Swap that for an 8GB iPhone 3GS and the console can be had for 60.

To take advantage of the deal customers must pay full whack for the console upfront. It then arrives with an envelope in which the phone can be sent off. Upon receipt (and following an inspection, no less) GameStop will then refund customers the appropriate amount.
