GDI joins forces with Koch

GDI’s AWOMO service aims to corner the games-on-demand market through its super-fast downloads system, and with the help of Koch’s local knowledge and contacts plans to strike deals with major retailers.

In Koch Media, we have found a partner with the right relationships with the right retail groups to drive the white label solution rapidly throughout Europe,” said trading director of GDI Patrick Lorkin. They have the local expertise and resources needed to manage deployment in all major European markets. We look forward to maximising this opportunity together over the coming years.”

GDI plans to enable games retail websites to offer their customers their own branded games download service using its AWOMO technology, having already struck agreements with Game.co.uk and Virgin.
