German PC publisher targets the UK market

The Leicester-based firm is being headed up by Jonathan Hales as managing director. He brings with him seven years experience from Codemasters where he was most recently VP and general manager of Northern Region Europe.

Founded last year by German games industry veterans Simon Hellwig and Stefan Marcinek, Kalyso Media aims to open a network of small publishing departments in all major territories. Its first batch of titles to be released in the UK include Hollywood Pictures 2, Star Assault and Universal Boxing Manager due in September, plus Campus, which is set for release in October.
