GTA5 Special Edition exclusive to Flipkart, Games The Shop

The Special Edition for Grand Theft Auto 5 will only be available for preorder via a couple of Indian retailers, distributor E-xpress Interactive has announced.

Online, fans can preorder the game at Flipkart, while offline, preorders will be available via E-xpress’ own retail chain, Games The Shop.

The Special Edition will come packaged in a collectible Steelbook, and will include the following bonuses:

• 21.5” x 26.75” blueprint map of Los Santos and Blaine County with markings that indicate points of interest
• Special ability boost, which will generate the special ability bar for all three characters 25% faster
• Single player Stunt Plane Trials: Additional aerial challenges throughout Los Santos and Blaine County
• Bonus outfits, tattoos and more
• Additional weapons: Pistol .50, Bullpup Shotgun and melee Hammer available free at ammunition stores in single player

The Special Edition will be available for both PS3 and Xbox 360 and will be priced at Rs 3,299; that’s just Rs 500 more than the standard edition.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is set for release on 17th September for Xbox 360 and PS3.
