GTX 880 rumoured for launch this quarter

Nvidia is rumoured to shortly launch a new Maxwell GM204 GPU which will power at least four new GeForce GTX graphics cards.

The GM204 is expected to replace the GK104 processor and will power the GeForce GTX 880 Ti, GeForce GTX 880, GeForce GTX 870 and GeForce GTX 860, reportsSemiAccurate, as covered byVideocardz.

Reports suggest the GTX 880 will launch in Q3 2014, with the second wave of cards set to launch next year.
