Guardians of the Galaxy invade a host of Marvel games

Ahead of its cinema release this week, Marvel has revealed that Guardians of the Galaxy will be making a big splash in a number of its games.

Polygon reports that the Guardians will be making an appearance in MMO outing Marvel Heroes as well as Facebook title Marvel: Avengers Alliance and mobile game Marvel: War of Heroes.

There will also be a Guardians of the Galaxy table added to Marvel Pinball. As if that weren’t enough, a Guardians of the Galaxy costume set is also hitting Minecraft on both Xbox One and Xbox 360.

And don’t forget that the Guardians were last week confirmed as coming to Disney Infinity 2, too.

Also confirmed for Disney Infinity 2 is a Villains figure set including Loki and the Green Goblin.

Guardians of the Galaxy will hit cinema screens this Friday (August 1st).
