Guerrilla and Crytek tooling up for next-gen

Leading European studios Guerrilla Games and Crytek are dedicating resources to next generation game technologies, new job vacancy listings show.

The Killzone and Crysis creators are just two of many studios across the continent now hiring staff for work on future platforms, according to a series of vacancies posted on Develop.

A Netherlands studio”, highly likely to be Guerrilla Games, claimed it is working exclusively with an industry leader on next gen technologies”.Meanwhile, a Frankfurt studio” – Crytek – is hiring a senior level designer to develop a next gen AAA title”.

The two FPS specialists join a growing list of studios building titles for the successors to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
