I-Play restructures as multi-format publisher

Oberon Media has unveiled a new unified publishing division which unites its online, mobile and TV casual games interests.

The consolidated I-play brand is designed to show the wide portfolio of products the firm produces.

Oberon has acquired I-play and interactive TV games firm PixelPlay in recent months.

Since then the company said it had ‘undergone a strategic transformation that now has it positioned as the world’s first company to deliver integrated casual games solutions across all ‘three screens’: online, mobile and TV.’
