IGN partners with BAFTA

IGN has signed a year-long online promotional partnership with BAFTA and the GAME British Academy Video Games Awards.

The deal will sign IGN Entertainment promote this year’s awards across its network of sites. The winners of IGN’s ongoing talent search Game Changer will be central to the site’s coverage of the event, which takes place on March 16th.

IGN will also live stream the Orange British Academy Film Awards nominations press conference on January 18th.

BAFTA recognises and celebrates talent in creative mediums around the world, so we’re delighted to be partnering with the Academy to bring these prestigious events to IGN’s UK audience and our global network of entertainment fans,” said IGN UK’s marketing director Rich Keen.
