Infinity Blade transforms into a political beat ’em up

Popular iOS action adventure Infinity Blade has undergone an interesting transformation – it has been turned into a political beat ‘em up.

Starring none other than American presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, the title – called VOTE! – is free to download on iPhone and iPad. It comes from Infinity Blade creator Chari Entertainment.

Players can deck their hero out in an assortment of USA-themed paraphernalia such as baseball caps and a Statue of Liberty themed lightsaber. Players must battle their political opponent to win votes and campaign funding.

Also worked into the game is real-life election news groups Rock the Vote and Project Vote Smart.
