Kickstarter expanding to Australia, New Zealand next month

Kickstarter is planning a November launch in Australia and New Zealand.

The crowdfunding platform’s official site currently hosts a splash page revealing November 13th as the go ahead date for regional projects – though interested developers can start readying their campaigns immediately.

The company is also hosting ‘Kickstarter Schools,’ a program touring Australia that educates on how to orchestrate a successful crowdfunding run.

Kickstarter announced its intention to extend services to the region in August, and mentioned hopes to expand to additional countries during its recent Canadian launch.

Kickstarter is also currently available in the US and UK.
