Kingston celebrates 10 years of HyperX with StarCraft II tournament

Kingston will conduct a free online StarCraft II tournament to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of its HyperX range of gaming-specific memory products for PC.

Gamers from around the world can compete online in order to qualify for the finals at CES 2013 in Las Vegas in January.

Amongst the finalists will be eight invited pro gamers, who will be seeded amongst the top 16. The finalists will battle it out for cash prizes totalling $15,000.

Tournament registrations are now underway and close on 27th September.

The online tournament will be held between 1st October and 30th November, with the final set to take place in Las Vegas on 7th and 8th January.
