Latest Nobunaga’s Ambition release heading west for PlayStation consoles, PC

Koei Tecmo’s most recent entry in the Nobunaga’s Ambition franchise will receive release in Europe and North America this September.

According to an update on the publisher’s Facebook page, the game has been renamed Nobunanga’s Ambition: Sphere of Influence for its western release. It will arrive stateside on September 1st and in Europe on September 4th for PS3, PS4 and Windows PC via Steam.

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Creation, as it’s called in Japan, is the 14th title in the series. It originally launched in December 2013 for the same platforms that Sphere of Influence will. Players assume the role of Daimyo – a feudal lord aiming to unite the country under one rule and become the first Shogun.
