Leak points to Final Fantasy VII PC rebirth

A PC re-release for Final Fantasy VII with all the bells and whistles looks to be in the works.

A Google cache of the Square Enix-owned site finalfantasyviipc.com shows substantial evidence for an updated release on PC.

According to the info, the game will add achievements, cloud saves (no pun intended), and a character booster feature that appears to be a casual option for those who don’t want any kind of grind.

Nothing officially confirmed by Square Enix as of yet, but the page claims pricing to be around $12.50 (7.99/€9.99) upon release—which unfortunately there was no mention of as far as dates go.
