Max Payne 3 skipping demo offering

Those hoping for a Max Payne 3 demo are out of luck, according to developer Rockstar Games.

"There are no plans for a demo of Max Payne 3," a rep posted on Rockstar’s official twitter account.

The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 North American launch of the title is currently set for May 15th, with the European launch on May 18th. A PC version will follow shortly after, releasing May 29th in North America and June 1st in Europe.

Max Payne 3 is the first game in the popular third-person shooter franchise not to be developed by Finnish game developer Remedy Entertainment, and not being penned by series creator Sam Lake.
