MCM partners with GameSpot UK

The MCM Expo has signed an official partnership with GameSpot UK for its May and October London events.

The CBS-owned website will have a booth on the show floor, while a ‘GameSpot UK at MCM Expo’ stage will feature, which will include the latest trailers, panel discussions and presentations from special guests. GameSpot’s Guy Cocker and Jane Douglas will chair the event.

GameSpot UK is a perfect fit for London’s Comic Con and we’re absolutely thrilled to have them on board,” said MCM Expo co-organiser Bryan Cooney. We aim to give our visitors the very best in pop culture, whether it’s games, movies, comics, cosplay or anime, and the ‘GameSpot UK @ MCM Expo’ stage is a great way to raise gaming’s profile at the show and put it at the heart of the Expo experience.”

GameSpot UK Publishing Director, Ben Howard added: We’re delighted to be partnering with MCM Expo, an event which has become a mainstay in the pop-culture calendar, with some of the biggest names in games, movies, TV and comics making an appearance.

We believe GameSpot UK’s partnership with MCM will continue to grow video gaming’s presence at the show and give the show’s visitors a fantastic early look at the games they should be playing over the next year.”

London MCM Expo takes place at ExCel London on May 27th to 29th and October 28th to 30th.
