Metal Gear Solid: Rising producer steps down

Kojima Productions has confirmed that producer Shigenobu Matsuyama will no longer be working on the next Metal Gear title.

Matsuyama has moved to another division within the company, and has been replaced by Yuji Korekado.

The staff change was confirmed by producer Kenichiro Imaizumi, according to Andriasang, although it is not clear when this shift was made.

Little has been seen of Metal Gear Solid: Rising for months, but it was announced earlier this week that the game would be showcased during next month’s Spike Video Game Awards in the US.
