Microsoft exec dates Natal

The marketing manager for the Saudi Arabian brand of Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices Division has seemingly pointed to an October launch date for the motion sensing Natal camera.

I do have great news to share with everybody,” Syed Bilal Tariq told GamerTagRadio. Project Natal will be launched in Saudi Arabia and in the world… that is going to be somewhere in October.

We will be in a position to confirm the date after E3, which is in June. But definitely, it is going to be October 2010 – and we will have it in Saudi Arabia for sure.”

However, publishing sources as recently as last week were still indicating to MCV that they were expecting a November launch for the device – backing up news broken by MCV in November last year.

The ongoing mystery will almost certainly be solved an E3 next month.
