New global Xbox marketing boss named

Microsoft has revealed Michael Delman as corporate vice president of global marketing for Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB)

following the departure of Jeff Bell two weeks ago.

Charged with driving initiatives to market Microsoft Game Studios and grow the Xbox and Games For Windows platforms and brands, Delman will start in the new role in August.

I look forward to applying my experience in global marketing to extend the reach of our products and propel the business into the next phase of growth.”

Delman comes to the role with over two decades in global marketing, most recently as VP of the Global Marketing Communications Group for the international giant, Microsoft.
