New LCS franchise Follow eSports rebrands to Splyce, picks up Call of Duty team

After purchasing a newly qualifiedLeagueChampionship Series(LCS) team,Follow eSportswill shed its old name today.

The website, which labels itself the TV Guide of Esports,” is renaming both the site itself and professional esports teams toSplyce. With holdings inLeague of Legends,Counter-Strike: Global Offensive,Hearthstone,Super Smash Bros. Melee, and more, the team’s new brand will resonate across multiple platforms in the coming months.
