Nexon has begun the process of of acquiring Korea-based studio Boolean Games.
The mobile developer is best known for its action game Dark Avenger and sequel Darkness Reborn, the latter of which has racked up 10m downloads since its release in November.
Nexon will acquire all outstanding shares of Boolean Games, although full terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
