343 seeks MMO developers for work on Halo 4 and new project

Microsoft has posted a pair of job listings in search of developers to join 343 industries for future Halo endeavors.

Spotted by Gamespot, the two software engineer listings are specifically seeking out those qualified for building the next generation of backend services to power Halo 4 and our new game saga.”

Notably, "Experience in MMO development" is listed as one of the qualifications for an ideal candidate.

Microsoft has previously attempted a Halo MMO, an Ensemble Studios project codenamed Titan that was cancelled in 2007.

Job listings posted in July point to a new Halo game in the works for a next-generation platform set to launch sometime during the second half of 2013.
