Minecraft moves over 450,000 units on Christmas day

Mojang’s multi-platform cash cow Minecraft has once again flexed its muscle.

The indie game with its own convention moved 453,000 units on December 25th.

Creator Markus ‘Notch’ Persson took to twitter to share the news; initially claiming the figure was collected on December 24th, and then later correcting the date to Christmas day.

The game continues to sell amazingly well wherever its been made available. Earlier on last month it was revealed that the game had sold around 17.5m copies across PC, Xbox 360, iOS, and Android platforms.
