Nvidia’s buy of Ageia a done deal

Nvidia has announced it has completed its acquisition of Ageia.

The firm announced last week it was the acquire the physiscs specialist, talking up the allied intentions of the two as the computing industry heterogenerous processing model.

The move echoed Intel’s surprise swoop for Havok last year.
