UFC takes top spot from Watch Dogs

After three weeks at No.1, Watch Dogs is now in second place inthe UKIE GfK Chart-Track All Formats Top 40.

It was deposed by EA Sport’s UFC. This is the publisher’s third No.1 title in 2014, following FIFA 14 and Titanfall.

Watch Dogs suffered a 41 per cent sales decline this week. It stays ahead of another EA title Titanfall, which rose to third place with a 10 per cent increase in sales.

Mario Kart 8 continues to fall down the chart. This week Nintendo’s racer is at No.7, down from last week’s fourth place, while sales of the title declined by 30 per cent.

Both boxed Minecraft releases stay in the Top Ten. The PlayStation 3 version is at No.9 with a 22 per cent dip in sales, while the Xbox 360 Edition saw an eight per cent sales decline and is at No.10.
