PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist getting smartphone release this summer

YouTube kingpin PewDiePie is to star in his very own game.

PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist has been revealed by the man himself in the video below. It’s being developed by Outerminds and is apparently due out on iOS and Android this summer, Pocket Gamer reports.

It appears to be a 2D side-scrolling platformer starring PewDiePie, his partner CutiePie and their two dogs Edgar and Maya. Some fellow YouTubers will also appear, including CinnamonToastKen and JackSepticEye.

They will all get attacked by penguins, wolves and assorted other threats including falling ice block and the Illuminati. That’s right.

Unsurprisingly, the Brofist (which PewDiePie uses to close his videos) appears as a screen-clearing special move.
