PICTURES: Valve’s Steam Controller undergoes another redesign

Valve has released a picture of the latest iteration of its upcoming Steam Controller.

It had already been confirmed that the joypad’s central touchscreen has been ditched. What we now see, however, is that in its place we have not only a four-button dpad and four Xbox-like XYAB face buttons but also a Steam/Home button and what are presumably start and select buttons.

The two iconic circular touchpads remain.

The device is expected to be on show at GDC this week so expect plenty of hands-on time with the specialist press.
