Fall out from merger continues to mean pink slips for developers

Activision-Blizzard’s High Moon to lose staff too, says report

High Moon studios, one of the teams acquired by Activision-Blizzard as part of the merger with Vivendi, will also be losing a chunk of staff, say new reports.

The studio will be downsized by about 60 according to a report on Gamasutra.

The news follows word earlier today that Canadian outfit Radical was to halve in size.

Both studios were in for a bumpy ride following the marriage of Activision and Vivendi – two weeks ago the newly christened Activision-Blizzard announced it would ‘realign’ the two while it looked to sell off unwanted properties and studios.
