Activision has told MCV that Defiance is the title given to the Nintendo DS version of Modern Warfare 3, which has been previously confirmed as in the works from developer n-space.

n-space was previously responsible for developing the Nintendo DS versions of Modern Warfare 1 and 2, Black Ops and World at War.
