Activision reveals Europe-wide Guitar Hero challenge

Europe will go head-to-head in the Guitar Hero ‘jump in, jump out’ world record attempt for the largest number of gamers in a single Guitar Hero session.

The event will pit France, Italy, Spain, Holland, Sweden and the UK against each other, and will make use of Guitar Hero 5’s Party Play Mode, where gamers can jump in and drop out, or change difficulty setting at any time.

The UK-leg of the challenge will be kicked off by pop star Pixie Lott at the HMV in Oxford Street. Proceedings begin at 10:30 and will run until 7PM. The event will also continue Saturday morning.
