Assassins Creed 2 dated in UK

As soon as the US release date of November 17th was announced at E3 earlier this month a November 20th arrival in the UK and Europe was as good as certain – and now Ubisoft has confirmed the presumption.

The first game, released back in 2007, was a commercial hit and whilst suffering some criticism from critics has certainly proved to be one of the standout titles from this generation.

In fact, it was reported yesterday that the game has gone on to sell 8m units worldwide across multiple platforms.

Assassin’s Creed 2 will be released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
