Activision has issued a recommendation for Bizarre Creations to close its doors.
This means the Liverpool-based studio’s likelihood of running under a different publisher is almost certainly over.
Last year the studio housed around 200 staff. It has developed games such as Blur, 007 Blood Stone, Project Gotham Racing and Geometry Wars.
