Black Ops 3’s Juggernog Edition comes with a working mini-fridge

There’s been night vision goggles, remote-control cars and drones – and now Call of Duty has stepped up its collector’s edition offering once again.

According to a leaked product listing on the site of New Zealand retailer Mighty Ape (thanks,Polygon), this year’s physical bonus of Black Ops 3 promises to be the ‘coolest’ yet.

That’s because the title’s Juggernog Edition – named for the fictional in-game beverage – will come complete with a mini-fridge modelled after the buff-dispensing white good found in the Zombies mode.

The fridge lights up and makes noises. It stores up to 12 drinks cans too, if that’s what you’re into.

Joining the fridge are several other real-life goodies, such as four perk-A-Cola coasters, nine Specialist character cards (which tie into Black Ops 3’s online multiplayer mode) and a SteelBook case.

Naturally, there’s digital treats too, such as the game’s season pass, a copy of the soundtrack and three Personalisation Packs.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 – Juggernog Edition will ring in at NZ$289.99, or around 126 over here.

The game is due out on November 6th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
